Contact our support team through the official Hak5 help center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, accessories, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship the Item

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated warehouse using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
